Michelle goes beyond the average realtor’s ability to price a home just based on neighborhood average per square foot. She really did her research before coming to meet with us and sold our home for what the market showed it was worth. Not just the neighborhood average as our home had a lot more going for it than just the average in the neighborhood. We weren’t looking to oversell. Just didn’t want to undersell as most major systems had been replaced, all cosmetic updated, and on and on. It sold to a cash buyer in the first week on market so she didn’t over price it either. She does more research ahead of first appointment, is great at accurately pricing blend and is an excellent stager. We are pleased and she did everything she said she would!

Michelle is SUPERB! I tried selling my home for 3 years with 4 different realtors. Michelle was BY FAR the best, and even brought 3 offers on day one. Her hard work up front paid off.
