Meet Michelle

NOT your AVERAGE Realtor!

Michelle Kauffman with her family and dog in Lubbock Texas

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002 with a Business Degree in Marketing & Management. Right after graduation I started my career with a Fortune 500 company and worked my way up to a Business Sales Executive overseeing all of North Texas. I have over 20 years of Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Experience. My husband and I moved to the Kansas City area in 2009 where I decided to follow my passion for Real Estate! Knowing no one when we moved, I worked diligently to become an expert in the field. In just 3 years I became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, obtaining Top 3% of Realtors Nationwide and was Voted Best in Customer Satisfaction in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. In 2012 my husband was offered an amazing career opportunity - right back in Lubbock, TX! I knew I wanted to continue my journey in Real Estate. I love working with my clients and my goal is for everyone to be COMPLETELY satisfied with my services! I am NOT your AVERAGE Realtor and I will go above and beyond to make your dream home become a reality…who could ask for a better job?!?
